You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
• Collecting or harvesting personal information from other users

3.1 Wheelchair Rentals

Our Services allow you to book wheelchair rentals in Makkah and Madinah. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.

3.3 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific booking. Please review the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.

3.4 Equipment Responsibility

You are responsible for the wheelchair during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately. You may be liable for repair or replacement costs for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

5.1 No Warranty

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HaramainWheels and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our Services.

5.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

6.1 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or extended periods of inactivity.

6.3 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

6.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
